Finding your artistic expression is I believe a fundamental part of our wellbeing (long-term mental health) and wellness plan for self-transformation. For the relationship between human creativity and our imaginations represents a unique form of expression. Therefore, getting yourself back into being again is no easy task, requiring time, hard work and patience. Together, through nature drawing, watercolour painting and other artistic mediums, we will discover and nurture your unique artistic expression, finding lifelong solace along the way and self-healing journey.
