Our lives started no differently from each other, we came into the world, discovered life ("life being life"), went through a difficult childhood and then into adulthood. And then, we had to find a way forward somehow, a way of knowing who we were, are and can be - not only economically and socially. Therefore, I take being your Wellness Coach passionately, professionally and with a gentle playfulness, one of human warmth. For your happiness is mine too and know the immense challenge of adulthood today.

Fundamentally, therefore my approach to your wellness is multifaceted, integrated through different experiences – a holistic (whole person), artistic (self-expression), ontological (connection with nature), mindful (present moment) and compassionate (empathy and kindness), giving you deeper self-awareness, emotional well-being, creativity and a more meaningful and connected life.
