An Important part of your wellness journey will be in the quality of the relationship we form, based upon a secure and safe connection.
Trust, fundamentally therefore will be at the core of your coaching wellness experience. Uniquely, for example, in our relationship providing a form of wellness in itself through a renewed presence. Therefore, trusting the process, from learning new skills in mindfulness, self-compassion, finding your connection with nature, artistic expression and participating in wellbeing activities of your choice from walking, Mindfulness Yoga and Pilates can be further options of your choice in the long-term. This will create a new resource of wellness within yourself fit for modern life.



Core Principles I Hold Dearly: Physical, Mental and Emotional Health
1. Deep Compassion
Modern life is getting harder (and yet easier more efficient) simultaneously but “all the while” still chaotic and stressful at the best of times, creating moments of disillusionment. Your 'feeling world' is therefore paramount in keeping you in good emotional health. Deeper form of compassion is the first principle I hold dearly as your coach - at the forefront and focus of our coaching relationship.
2.The Heart of Your Journey: Genuine Concern for Your Wellbeing
From and through our established coaching relationship (and self-compassionate journey) my concern for your wellness and wellbeing will be first and foremost and of genuine human warmth. Therefore, your physical, mental and emotional health will be of the highest quality.
3. Safe and Supportive Environment
Feeling safe and supported, as we collaborate on your wellness journey is a crucial aspect of your coaching experience and where you would like to be. Therefore, as your coach, together we can build upon a strong foundation through transparency, trust and open dialogue, when challenges or issues occur - creating and fostering a positive environment, including a location of your choice throughout (spaces that promote and validate human wellbeing).
4. Active Listening
Being a careful listener in the face of modern realities, is another value I hold dearly, for I know the importance of being listened to (“heard” precisely) as we express our concerns and worries about what might be happening in our lives. Therefore, I will listen without judgment, being active and proactive, as part of your coaching experience and wellness plan.
5. Strong Foundations
Strong holistic foundations, as part of your wellbeing and coaching experience is a fundamental part of your long-term physical, emotional and mental wellness. Therefore, compassion, mindfulness, connection with nature and artistic expression, are the core skills I hold dearly myself, through my own holistic experiences with nature in example and wellness journey to-date. Therefore, I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field of wellness, fit for new, modern ways of being.
6. Achievable Goals & Personalised Tailored Strategies
Creating wellness goals (that align and fit with your values) is essential. Therefore, as your Wellness Coach, the goals we set will be achievable and sustainable long-term. This might also include a combination of personalised tailored strategies that equally align with your unique set of needs and wishes, as we create meaningful change.
7. Flexibility and Adaptability
Fundamentally, as your wellbeing improves, your wellness will equally evolve requiring flexibility and perhaps a change of goals, or adjustments to your wellness plan in adaptation. Therefore, as your coach, being flexible and adaptable are essential skills I will bring to your wellness coaching experience.
8. Importance of Lived Experience
I had a difficult childhood, a childhood that no one would choose if they had the choice. This is of course part of the human condition in the challenges we all face in adulthood. However, such a reality is an example of a mind that was not ‘designed in or for the modern world’ today. Therefore, I hold dearly the value of those experiences from my childhood (and the essence of what it means to be a child), in how I survived and the quality of Compassionate Focused Therapy (CFT) service I bring to your wellness coaching experience.
9. Honesty and Truthfulness
Integrity is an essential value I hold dearly as a coach. Therefore, as we build trust, as part of our coaching relationship, I will uphold ethical practices at all times. I am therefore guided by standards such as the ICF Code of Ethics, where my integrity ensures I prioritise your well-being, confidentiality, maintain boundaries, and adhere to a professional conduct.
Coaching Process
1. Initial Assessment
Part of your wellness coaching experience will firstly begin with an initial assessment, during of which we’ll work together to identify your current state of health and well-being. I will then use this information to gain a comprehensive understanding of your needs and present challenges, this will inform your wellness plan.
2. Wellness Plan
Together, after we have completed an initial assessment, we’ll collaborate to create a personalised wellness plan. This plan outlines your specific goals you want to achieve and the steps required to reach them. The plan may include strategies for improving your nutrition, increasing physical activity, managing stress, and improving emotional well-being.
3. Guidance and Support
As your coach I will provide the essential guidance and support throughout the coaching process, helping you to stay focused and motivated.
4. Regular check ins
Ongoing support and accountability are an essential part of your wellness coaching process and experience. Therefore, as your coach, regular check-ins, whether weekly or fortnightly, will help me to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plan. These check-ins also provide you with an opportunity to discuss any challenges or obstacles you might be facing. Fundamentally, therefore as your coach, I will offer encouragement, advice, and practical solutions to help you overcome these challenges and stay on track.
